The 7 room Martha’s Vineyard boutique inn is a 1908 Art & Crafts manor house jewel located on 2 acres of gardens and woodland. The interiors were completely renovated with a striking contemporary design aesthetic creating a flowing juxtaposition of old and new. The inn’s large outdoor grounds and spacious common rooms allow guests to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Full concierge services are available to help plan authentic local experiences be they sailing, hiking, kayaking, oyster farm tours, restaurants, island tours, cheese tasting, golf or spa treatments. The inn is locally owned and operated and is open year-round.

The 1908 Arts and Crafts-style house is set on one-and-a-half acres, with an outdoor patio, extensive gardens and a croquet game set up on the lawn. The interior was carefully designed with contemporary furniture and interesting artwork. There’s not a doily in sight. A central fireplace in the main common room is a natural gathering place and there are books, DVDs and games available to borrow. The comfortable sunroom offers another place to lounge, and in nice weather, an outdoor patio overlooking the grounds offers charming views.
